What is the Right time to Buy a Home?


Buying a home might be a wise choice and the right thing to do — even now

My name is Ram, I’m an IT employee. I got a job in the middle of the year 2006. After I get a job, I want to find a home that meets my needs and dreams. At that time I could afford to buy a Home, so I decided to buy a flat in 10 months (Cause, Arranging Money to buy a flat, is not a simple thing). But after 5 months I got married, so my decision to buy a home was postponed to next year. After one year I was blessed with a Child, at that time I didn’t think to buy a home. 6 Months later I decided to buy a home, but my bad luck in 2008 caused a recession world wide.

There is no market at that time. I thought Maybe this is not a good choice to buy a home at that time, so I postponed my dream again. Like this after 3 years each time when I want to buy a home there is a Halt like My child Schooling, Demonetization, GST etc.

But every time the property/land value increases. After a long time I realized, There is no downfall in Real Estate. Buying a home might be a wise choice and the right thing to do at any time when you are affordable. That’s why I bought a home after a while. Now my property Value 20% Increased. I am so happy with my decision to buy a home.

It’s difficult to time the real estate market. For decades, it was understood that you could safely put your money into a home/Property, sit back, and watch your home/property’s value go up.
