Do you Gift your Children??



I am very happy with my grandfather…

When I was child, I used to go to my Grandfather’s house for vacations. My grandfather’s house is a very special place to me. His house seemed to have something about it that set it apart from all the rest. As you walk out to the house, the garden welcomes you with pleasantness. Our family used to call this house “prakriti Nilaya” (Cause the house is filled with green gardens). This house is very fond of my grandfather cause it’s a present from his late father.

My Dad is the only son to My Grandfather, my father is a business person. So my parents moved to the city long ago, In the city we have our own house. One day my dad got a call from Grandfather, he said to visit the House to discuss the Prakriti Nilaya. So, we went to my grandfather’s place. After that day my grandfather Gift(transfers) his most precious house(Prakriti Nilaya) to my father. It’s really shocking to me that he gave that property to my father with a proud smile on his face. After that, we returned to the city.

Now my father came with a document and told me that he wanted to Gift(transfer) the property “Prakriti Nilaya” on my name.Here, my Grandfather gifts the house to my father and my father gifts His house to me. Now i'm in the USA working as an IT Professional. 



I love my home as I was born and grown there...so, recollecting that Real Estate lasts for ages.

Real Estate (property) value is increasing from generation to generation.

Real Estate lives forever – Live joyfully and Transfer the wealth to the Next generation.

Buying a home might be a wise choice and the right thing to do — even now My name is Ram, I’m an IT employee. I got a job in the middle of the year 2006. After I get a job, I want to find a home that meets my needs and dreams.
